With Palazzo Aloisio, the Milan-based architects’ firm COIMA Image has realized a residential building in an elegant style with a high level of comfort at the heart of Turin. The project was completed in collaboration with Invesco Real Estate, a global property investment management company with 37 years of experience, and Kryalos SGR as the operational partner.
Duravit is on show in the bathrooms with series such as Vero Air, L-Cube, Happy D.2 Plus, Luv, ME by Starck, and Tempano – as selected by the respective owner – affording a stylish quality of comfort in line with the underlying idea of the project. A particular highlight is the Happy D.2 Plus above-counter basins with vanity unit that exude an expressive elegance thanks to their round design.
Nestling among arcades, prestigious buildings, and the elegant shops of famous fashion brands, the Palazzo Aloisio overlooks the Via Roma – one of the main streets at the historical center of the city. The apartments arranged around the inner courtyard offer residents the opportunity to enjoy a true oasis of calm at the heart of the bustling city center.
Palazzo Aloisio is the fruit of the refurbishment of a historical building. Once known as the Palazzo Cinzano, it was created by architect Ottorino Aloisio in 1930s as a rationalistic work.
The project retains the full functionality and rigor of the highly elegant, iconic style, which is further perfectly harmonious with other buildings within the quarter from the same epoch.
The rooms, originally envisaged for a tertiary use, were transformed into fully adaptable apartments of various sizes in order to cope with the constantly increasing demand for new residential units in the city.
The building includes apartments of various sizes, with and without terraces, that are grouped around a peaceful inner courtyard. At the same time, it has a room for meetings or events, a smart working area and charging stations for electric cars alongside a generously sized panorama terrace and underground car parks.
