With its NOA outdoor living in Kruisem, East Flanders (Belgium), Renson – a specialist in ventilation, sun protection, and patio roofs – offers a unique inspiration park on 30,000 m2. The focus in the outdoor experience center is on experiences, enjoyment, and relaxation: for instance, there is a large outdoor living area with pool, as well as small municipal parks, an office, and an idyllic pavilion by the water. Renson’s goal is to present life in the open air as the ultimate all-round experience. The extraordinary concept extends right up to the sanitary areas, which are equipped with selected designer products from Duravit.
Luxury sanitary facilities in the outdoor paradise
The high-end optics of the site as a whole continue consistently in the inner zones right up to the sanitary areas. The products from Duravit – including wall-mounted toilets and urinals from the series ME by Starck and Starck 3 along with matching urinal partitions for privacy – guarantee a pleasant sense of wellbeing – even with high visitor frequencies. The premium shower-toilet SensoWash Starck f Plus is a particular highlight, offering a special user experience along with the feeling of enhanced cleanliness and hygiene. The minimalist and timeless design of the bathroom objects designed by star designer Philippe Starck is perfectly attuned to the overall ambience. Full-length windows combined with natural shades such as Fir Green and Dark Brown create a fluid transition between inside and out.
Forward-looking synergy, realistic inspiration
The green experience zone is an inviting setting for a relaxed stroll through twelve varied themed gardens and serves as a source of inspiration. With NOA outdoor living, Renson wanted to redefine how products are presented and break with the traditional exhibition space.
“A home without furniture is not a real home,” said Joost De Frene, Innovation Manager at Renson. “To convey a realistic image of coziness and the functionalities of our solutions, we used to borrow furniture from different manufacturers at trade fairs. Then we realized: everyone’s looking for a comprehensive experience. We have achieved this at the NOA by cooperating with more than 30 high-quality manufacturers.”
