The progressive Q6/Q7 urban complex extends across two blocks and six floors in central Mannheim. With ample parking for 1,300 vehicles, the location is easy to reach by car as well as being just a few minutes’ walk from the city’s iconic Water Tower. The complex houses 78 apartments, over 50 stores, around ten restaurants – and a hotel: the Radisson Blu Hotel Mannheim. The 4-star hotel has a total of 229 rooms, with 13 apartments and ten suites – including a presidential suite. The bathrooms are separated from the sleeping area by a simple glass wall, creating a generous sense of space in the room.
The bathroom fittings include wall-mounted toilets from the Darling New bathroom series and - depending on the room category - bathtubs from the Vero series. In the washing areas, tailor-made bathroom furniture from Duravit has been combined either with Vero above-counter basins or Starck 3 built-in washbasins. The “f-bonded” technology allows for flush-fitting and seamless combination with the furniture consoles.
